We have extensive expertise in the US and many countries in Latin America and South East Asia. We know how to create new businesses or plan to spin off certain business units to make them grow. Sometimes it is useful for our Clients to use our analysis to help them plan to increase or even decrease staff.

M&A LATAM Business
We were hired by one of Latin America´s most renowend logistics software supplier to help strengthen their global supply chain in order to consolidate its vendors, for each country where it currently operates including, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Uruguay. Key items include, spearheading long-term contract negotiations, improve margins and performance, and reduce risk for the overall business model.
